Lifeguard

Locations: Bell Park Sudbury • North Bay • Gore Bay

Lifeguards supervise sessions from assigned zones, enforce park rules, support safe guest movement, assist with PFD/lifejacket flow, and respond to incidents or concerns. This is an active waterfront role that requires focus, confidence, and clear communication.

  • Current National Lifeguard certification required.
  • First Aid / CPR-C required before starting.
  • Must be comfortable correcting unsafe behaviour professionally.
  • Not hiring for Sherkston Shores.

Lead Lifeguard / Park Supervisor

Lead staff help run the day-to-day park operation. This may include staff rotations, checklists, opening/closing support, guest concerns, incident documentation, rule enforcement, and communication with management.

  • Current National Lifeguard certification required.
  • Previous lifeguarding, waterfront, camp, recreation, or leadership experience preferred.
  • Must be organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable coaching staff.

Guest Services team members are often the first people guests meet. This role helps verify bookings, confirm waivers, organize bracelets, answer questions, direct guests to the PFD/lifejacket area, and keep check-in moving smoothly.

  • Comfortable using lists, booking confirmations, or basic digital tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with waivers and bracelets.
  • Good fit for applicants who enjoy working with families and groups.

Park Operations / Site Crew

Locations: Bell Park Sudbury • North Bay • Gore Bay • Sherkston Shores

Operations crew support the physical flow of the park. This may include setup support, cleanup, organizing PFDs/lifejackets, beach/site tidiness, moving equipment, helping guests find the right area, and supporting staff with day-to-day needs.

  • Active physical outdoor work.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-focused.
  • Comfortable working around water, sand, sun, and changing weather.
  • No lifeguard certification required unless also applying for lifeguard roles.
